We want to make it as simple as possible for your child to get the treatment they need for a higher quality of life. In general, these are the steps to get started with pediatric therapy at our clinic:
Your child’s physician will send us the referral. (If you call directly without a referral, that’s okay! But we’ll still need to get a referral from their pediatrician before we start the intake process.)
We will send you an email with a link to fill out our online new patient forms.
Our team will verify that we accept your insurance and that your child’s treatment is covered.
Once the above steps are complete, we will schedule your child’s evaluation.
Once the evaluation is completed, if therapy is indicated, we will provide a report for your insurance provider and your child’s pediatrician with the recommendation.
Some insurance providers require a new referral from your child’s physician after the evaluation. If that is the case, we will work with your physician to get the updated referral.
Lastly, we will schedule your child’s first treatment appointment with one of our friendly therapists.
