Meet Our Founders

Jennifer Marley, OTR/L

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 1999. She has dedicated herself to the well-being of children of all ages and abilities. She has delivered occupational therapy in diverse settings such as daycares, private homes, and outpatient clinics.

Her dedication to providing the highest quality care to children in our community has led her to achieving a wealth of expertise in specialized therapy programs, including:

Jennifer’s passion and focus lie in serving children with autism and sensory processing difficulties. She is particularly committed to providing assistive technology solutions that enable children to engage with their environment as independently as possible. Jennifer strives to empower families to help their children succeed in all areas of their life.

Mandy Chilton, PT

Mandy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Arkansas State University in 2000. She has dedicated herself to the well-being of children of all ages who are experiencing a range of diagnoses. She has delivered physical therapy in diverse settings such as schools, private homes, daycares, and outpatient clinics.

Notably, Mandy spent a decade in Detroit, Michigan, contributing her expertise to the Detroit Institute for Children. Here, she not only provided therapy but also managed therapy services across four treatment locations. As an APTA Certified Clinical Instructor, she enjoys sharing her knowledge with physical therapy students in our community.
